The Work

Installed a Goodman 2.5 Ton R-32 Heat Pump System with high efficiency air handler
Upgraded thermostat to Resideo Elite Pro S1200 WiFi model for smart control
Replaced copper lineset and added a FloXtreme drain line cleaner
Mounted condenser on hurricane-anchored pad and rebuilt supply/return plenums
Managed local permitting and included all warranty coverage

The Outcome

The home is now set up with a reliable American-built HVAC system that can be monitored and adjusted from anywhere using an app. The automatic drain cleaner helps prevent clogs, and the new setup is ready for future home automation add-ons. The family has a more comfortable space and a system that’s easier to manage.
